For beginners looking to improve quickly, focus on mastering position, hand selection, and understanding player tendencies. Stay disciplined with your bankroll, avoid bluffing too much, and learn to read the board for potential hands. As you advance, incorporate concepts like pot odds, bet sizing, and bluff timing, but remember that patience and practice are key to long-term success in poker.

I just recently started winning. It took me 2 years to understand how agressive I should be. I thought I was doing everything right, i did everything you said, but I kept loosing. It took me 2 years to understand I was wayyyy too passive. I am so aggressive now, sometimes I have to correct myself and say: take it easy man. Thanks man! Last month 500 euros profit, its just a hobby for me, so thats ok for me

The gut shot straight draw and runner-runner flush draw are worth about six outs, versus eight for a two-sided straight draw.

8:28. Wouldn’t 97 have you crushed since they have a straight.

I do like idea of no rake poker, limping is much interesting in no rake structure. Like in our no rake club

Not always, maybe in the long run! But against amateurs, 90% true!. Seen Pros lost when they are on a down swing! I only play premiums on early position and widen my range when having luck! I become aggressive when im in late position with strong hands and play more hands specially suited Aces. I become a nit player when not hitting the flop or having bad beats or quit early! Been playing for ten years. At the end of every year my bank roll always have increase at least 20%. I was a math teacher and regularly play chess!

Nathan i agree with your hand selection and opening ranges and thats just that. Bluffing isnt very profitable. Unless you got the odds.

They don’t always win haha. Play 200nl stream online 10 to 1 u can’t beat the games after 500k hands

I think that for the very micro stakes, your redline should go down all the way. Its Just not worth it to fight the whales on those limits And even the weak regs will call too much

@ 8:56 you show 97 is a bluff on a turn of T88J In my book that's a straight and not a bluff. Please explain

Just wanted to share I’ve been trying to mimic your style as much as I can. Posted my second straight win after following a few of your tips trying to play TAG poker. Obviously a couple people folded to me to easily. I also would’ve cashed for a lot more if a couple stupid bomb pots and loosing with a king high flush to and ace high flush. I just didn’t believe he had it. But Tag poker is helping out.

I've been open raising a lot when in early position but only stealing blinds, I'm thinking I need to be more conservative perhaps?

A5 suited is NEVER a 4bet but it’s always a 5 bet jam. In theory that is. All other tips are on point but you should absolutely not be 4betting weak suited aces. You should be 4 bet bluffing but it’s not with those hands. Hands like KQ off play much better as a 4 bet bluff.
