The more difficult one is where you want to sync it with the music. Can you create tutorial for this please?

Another quick way to get your points:
1. Control + R (windows) and add Speed Point for each change you want
2. Slide the top bar to speed up / slow down a section. This is helpful when timing to music beats THEN
3. Follow your steps to retime frame, but now you'll have all your points in place with adjusted speeds. Just convert to curves and smooth out.

Hi, is it also possible to just set one speed point in the middle and then make a ramp left and right from fast to slow in the middle and than to fast again?
So that you only set 3 speed points. One on the far left at the start of the clip one in the middle and one on the far right at the end of the clip. Then the speedramp looks like a "halfpipe".
With various Smartphone editing apps, this is very easy to do. I haven't seen a way to do that with DavinciResolve.
