tip - when shooting, shoot 20-40% wider a composition than you think you need, since you know tracking is gonna eat up your edges, especially if you're shaky or if you're adding rotation. Probably doesn't hurt to shoot a bump higher resolution than you intend to deliver in as well. 2.7K for 1080, or 5K for 4K.
