A. Setting time

Pull the crown away from base of the watch and turn the crown clockwise until reaching the exact time.

B. Winding the watch

Push the crown back into place along the base of the watch and winding up the watch

clockwise rotation with 30-40 turns. The power will be full(Over winding will ultimately

break the spring). Do this one time each day (before sleeping). Otherwise, it will stop

working. Please do not over winding up the watch if you feel the crown is tight.

I have purchased a couple of these watches. They are fun. But, be careful, once you get a couple of these, you start looking at more expensive antique watches.

The bar chain is for a vest pocket and vest button hole. The other chain is for a watch pocket on pants with a belt hook.

Great buy for under $30. I have a suede vest that goes equally with jeans or sport coat, and wear antique gold pocket watch and fob. One of the last few that still like them. Cheers

I got 3 of these cheap mechanical pocket watches all 3 look very nice and have the same movement, one i carry on me all the time and is about 10 years old now, wound every day and still holds its time, considering the line of work i do I'm suprised its lasted as long as it has, but it has none the less, i recently cleaned it and oiled it and works like a charm, I'm suprised they keep thier time, i carry mine in the little pocket in my jeans the amount of walking i do a day and all that bouncing around you would think it would mess up escapement and slow it down and make it run fast but doesn't, the other 2 i have i use for special occasions as they do look very nice indeed 1 is a skeletal watch with several layers to the clock front and the glass on the front is magnified so makes it look big and 3d looking its amazing looking into it, i do like pocket watches and antique clocks.

I just bought a nice pocket watch of of amazon and it was amazing but me not thinking right, thought after a couple hours it was broken and something got stuck in a gear but it has taken all my life to realize until earlier that POCKET WATCHES NEED TO BE WOUND UP !. I wound it up and then I felt stupid when it started working again . Also awesome video

Many thanks for the review! I was considering buying one of their watches similar to this one, but wasn't sure how good it was or if the back gears were just a plastic plate (I took apart a cheap pocket my grandfather got and it was just a sticker sheet basically, no real gears)

Not sure if I like these sort of steampunk design watches. Nice to see a mechanical watch at such a low price point but not a fan of the case. I have an actual railroad pocket watch from 1901 and they didn't look like that.

How accurate is the watch? I got a mechanical double half hunter pocket watch from Sewor at Amazon and as half a day goes by it gains a couple minutes ahead or so(fractionally faster than the correct time).
I was thinking that maybe the Sewor one was to much of a cheaply made product and there might be better mechanical watches or is that actually how they are for mechanical watch standards.
