EZVIZ DP2C - wire-free peephole doorbell/doorviewer

I bought an EZVIZ DP2C video doorbell camera and everything works fine but there is only one problem. After connecting the SD card to the MacBook, it shows me that:
-32GB card is full (although it was formatted in the EZVIZ application)
-the card contains 120 mp4 files with music (!) How? What for?
On the first mp4 file titled I found videos recorded by the camera from the staircase. And they are written in a sequence, one by one. What is it about? It looks as if, when the card was formatted by the EZVIZ application, mp4 files were recorded on the card, only with music, and when the camera records movement behind the door, the videos are overwritten on the SD card and end up on the file with music (photo above).

Is it possible to set up camera to save movies on the card separately? And so when you connect the SD card to the MacBook, I will be able find separate files?

Dear EzViz! PLZ for god sake make a voice passtrough function in video doorbells! App takes too much time to load and connect! Why cant i jut press the button to speak to person on the other side right through the screen?

I've found a massive problem with this doorbell... Let's say someone approaches your door but does not press the 'Call' button, because there's no microphone on the inside screen unit you can't speak with the person outside the door UNLESS you have the app on separate device.

I'm not joking - Ezviz seriously thought that no one might want to use this as a standalone unit, so saved a dollar or 2 by not putting a microphone on the screen side of the door. Ridiculous!

There's no button you can press on the screen that allows you to communicate with the person outside - you will DEFINITELY require another device with their app installed to use this doorbell properly.
