I'm using CP4 camera for about 6 months in condominium. It was set to use as less power, as possible. About holding battery power for 90 days. It is not correct. With very little consuming power it need to be recharged once it two — two and a half weeks. Where these 90 days came from? And not clear how to save a video to a computer.

it appears video resolution is high but the bitrate is very low which causes mpeg artifacts (pixel boxes)when there is motion in the video.

Can it perfom as a always on display? So that you from the inside can 24/7 see from the screen without having to click on the button

Can you run the device 7/24 conneced via charging cable? I have a wall socket near the door and I can supply power to the device all the time so actually I don't need a battery to rely on.

Is Motion Monitoring and Detection at the camera work so it will notify me when I'm away from home, without subscribing to any Cloud Storage? I assume recordings on Cloud need subscription and cost month by month?

I've found a massive problem with this doorbell... Let's say someone approaches your door but does not press the 'Call' button, because there's no microphone on the inside screen unit you can't speak with the person outside the door UNLESS you have the app on separate device.

I'm not joking - Ezviz seriously thought that no one might want to use this as a standalone unit, so saved a dollar or 2 by not putting a microphone on the screen side of the door. Ridiculous!

There's no button you can press on the screen that allows you to communicate with the person outside - you will DEFINITELY require another device with their app installed to use this doorbell properly.

why is it called Wire-Free instead of wireless?
