I have some aronia berries in the freezer. I think they are very similar to elderberry. Last year I made some jelly with them. You have inspired me to make some cordial.

Wooo hooo! Fantastic cordial. After my research for recipes I discovered that in the US a cordial is alcoholic. In the UK it is non alcoholic but in times past ours also had alcohol. The evolution of food and drink is full of such stories. We will enjoy our summer bounty. Damson Jam is next for me…probably starting next week. Looks like a good crop too! X

Was mich interessiert bekommt man in den USA Biologisch Erzeugte Lebensmittel bei uns wäre das Bioland oder Demeter . Gibt es bei euch auch Bauern die Biologisch arbeiten.
