Based on today's viewing, I developed a one-sentence, concise reason to set up a strategic plan (To provide focus to my current law practice while allowing me to transition to a second career in commercial real estate development, with the target of creating a corporate structure by 2028 and purchasing the first property by 2030.) and identified six stakeholders who could assist with developing the transition from practicing law to developing commercial real estate.

I wanna ask one thing to be clear in my mind. Please answer me if you could. For my assignments, I need to develop a strategic plan in the context of the case study and article provided, one for 1, 000 words and one for 1, 500 words. Within those word limit, do I have to cover all steps of strategic planning process? Is there any difference between developing a strategic plan and creating a strategic plan?
If we develop a strategic plan to expand the business by finding the right markets, do we need to include all steps you have said or all steps of strategic planning process? Thanks again, looking forward to your reply ASAP.
