Why is it that the least popular killers get the best outfits in Dead By Daylight? There are a lot of examples of this, the Artist has some of the best skins in the game and very few people actually play her. While the nurse, the most OP killer in the game only gets plain white dresses for her cosmetics

Tbh, I think part of it might be the devs trying to give people reasons to play the less played, weaker killers rather then giving good killers outfits that could make players want to play them even more. Thats just a theory though, it could be any number of reasons really, like maybe the design team just likes designing for those killers more ^-^

I’ve looked it up a few times after I watched your video twice and I think it’s just because they generally wanna get the least popular killers more interest like if there’s cool outfits people will buy it. It just makes sense. I think that’s why they do it.

From a dredge prespective its probably because he can be reimagined as completely different things, even his more avarage cosmetics give him a completely new look, hes just a floating mass of void and something unlike billy for example where you still have to stay true to the "maniac with chainsaw" idea

It depends on potential of killer. For example dredge is a blob made from random things so u can change it, artist is chaotic and moves alot so u can give her some good skins, and nurse only flies around usually stift, so it depends on how the orginal killer acts I guess.

In Dredges case there's a lot more room to be creative with the skin designs compared to most other killers in the game.

that nurse outfit the black one with the silverish detailing is actually really awesome to me (makes me think of assassin's creed) and even if it isn't MARKED as legendary it will always be my favorite

That's pretty understandable, they want players to play those unpopular killers. But dredge is played a lot, at least in the sudamerican server where I play. I play at least once every day against a dredge.

Billy has some goated skins. Batman skin or just regular bloody skin + shotgun goes hard
