Okay I know this is about stocks and CD, but I would like to commend morning start for allowing a black woman to appear in her natural hair (braids or whatever it's called, and not some wig) and be herself while presenting. Thank you Morningstar 🌟. We love all analyst/presenters.

As a father of 2 working age daughters, I wonder if the speakers on the salary discrepancy have considered possible reasons for this phenomenon? Shouldn't maternity leave, and the unknown possibility of an employee needing to take time off for it factor in? My youngest is out on Maternity leave now for the 2nd time in less than 2 years! She's a college grad and I doubt that other women in her situation are being discriminated against just because of gender!
