💬 Over 9 years ago I published my game called Game Corp DX. It was a remake of a Flash game that I made previously where that game was played more than 6 million times.
It's one of my most successful games, now let's see if I still think it's a good game.

I made a couple of games around 5/6 years ago and they have not aged as well as yours. Hopefully my new project still look good 9 years from now.

How does your 9 year old game success compare with your most recent game release? And of course how do your compare successes: is it just income/profit versus cost of development?

Have you ever thought about doing updates to the older games?
Like fixing a randomize button, updating the date, other bug fixes and a bit of new content?
Or is it not worth it from a monetary / time standpoint

Hey CM, I recently played this, Still a good game!!! I really enjoy these games and if you would ever come out with a tutorial on the thought process / implementation of a "Tycoon" type game I'd be the first in line to buy it! If its not survival / FPS the amount of tutorials out there are not great, much less the quality of tutorials you make! Thank you again!

You should do some more gameplay. Maybe your own games or other games that made in Unity and explaining features how can be achived.

I have been looking around for tutorials about how to cross promote games with a banner pulled from your website like you suggested in the beginning of this video. I think it might be worth making a small tutorial since all the videos I saw going over it were for mobile platforms or in other programming languages.

We would really love to see an android tutorial maybe only a small project so that we can how to tackle with android controls and such, I know there are lots of videos but if u will be teaching it would be awesome :), please do give a thought about it

Hey CM. You seem to be really good at making tycoon games. Both this game and Blueprint Tycoon did really well. That makes me curious to why you don't spend more time on this genre since you clearly have a good understanding of the design and the balancing behind it. I'm guessing some of it comes down to just wanting to make other projects but I was just curious if you ever felt like there's a line between fun projects and what would bring in income that you know how to do well. Obviously I'm not talking about a scenario of extreme sell-out where you basically just copy/paste titles with minor changes. A good example would be "Let's build a zoo" and "Let's build a dungeon". The latter, newer game seems very promising and takes the ideas of the first successful title whilst expanding it.

I'm always up for the idea of making some new and exciting, but I also realise that as a games developer, income is important. I'm curious on your opinion on this.

Code monkey can I ask do you use any apps or websites to stay up to date with recent news E.G keeping up with unity releases and updates etc also if you have a bunch of these apps could you make a video on them 🙏
