okay so i think i figured it out.... I have a 64 bit too. Create a seperate folder on your desktop. (I just called mine Eclipse IDE) and install Java software on their FIRST then download Eclipse and all that good stuff but make sure the eclipses files are in the same as the java but you have to redownload java!

umm well i downloaded it and extracted it but when i try and open the application i get a message saying this:
