I feel my atopic dermatitis is directly linked to stomach issues. When the stomach issues flare my skin gets worse.

Oh my even the word "wool" gives me the tingles. That fabric is just my nemesis. I had the worst flares ever with that wool 😅 my parents like gifting wool sweaters (not anymore thank God 😂) but they thought it wasn't the clothes but my skin doing its own thing which was from their pov not related to the wool. Thanks Doctor Andrea for reminding us these signs of atopic dermatitis 😊❤.

I was diagnosed with AD years ago but had no idea about the symptoms and ways to help yourself. I have all the symptoms you list! TY Dr Dray!

I can relate to a lot of this. I cannot wear anything polyester either. It not only affects my skin, I break out in a sweat and get nauseated. Feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons) were a big problem. Crisp cotton feels like sandpaper to me. You listed things I have, but didn’t realize it’s linked to atopic dermatitis. Thank you.

Mold exposure is a great one. My skin's increasing sensitivity was the first sign that something was wrong. My skin was trying to tell me something for years!

I feel lucky and blessed to not have any major skin conditions. I do, however, enjoy learning about them and what better teacher than you, Dr Dray. I do pass along what I learn and refer people I know to your channel that may be suffering from a skin issue. Happy Thursday! I hope you have a lovely evening. 💟

OMG NIPPLE ECZEMA IS WORST ! I thought that I had breast tumour, it hurted while jumping and even walking, I stopped wearing spandex and used extra virgin coconut oil, it took more than 10 months to heal completely 😢

As a Pilates and Barre instructor, I experience very severe pompholyx eczema blisters on my ankles/feet, on my fingers - I believe it's due to sweat, correcting people, and even the wipes for cleaning mats & machines. It even sometimes appears as a few small itchy little pimples on my upper back. Thanks for the video very interesting 🙏🏼

Wool yarn is made of many short fibers twined together. It can be very pokey and scratchy. Merino wool is longer, so fewer hairs poke the skin. Different types of wool, wool blends, and softer spun wool can make a big difference. Even cashmere can be annoying if not prepared well.

Thanks for the info Dr. Andrea. Do you suggest any natural products to help eczema that are not topical steroids?

Thank you for this video, it was good! I appreciate rhe advanced eczema topics and find them informative compared to the basic eczema videos which im sick of watching tbh.

Managing eczema is such an oxymoron imo... I feel as advanced patiets we need to learn Also how to the underlying inflammation which seems impossible to discover and/eliminate. Thank you dr dray!

Dr. Dray, could You make a video about the recent finding of carcinogenic benzene in BPO products. I am very interested in Your opinion about it. Thank You in advance!

Great video….i have atopic dermatitis and after watching Dr Dray I got a referral to an excellent derm…..changed my life and enabled me to continue working as an acute care nurse…..and my derm like Dr Dray recommended simple basic pharmacy brands…my 60 year old skin is better than it’s been in years and I’m savings so much on skin care.

Can you please cover severe eczema or other major skin issues that end up needing immunosuppressive meds, mine was so bad before the immunosuppressive drugs that the eczema blistered and I lost all of the skin in several palm sized areas
