This can be inconvenient if a child gets hold of your phone, so instead just remember your Google login and if u have 2FA i suggest u login in any other one of your devices like your pc beforehand so when your phone gets stolen you can just factory reset it using google's find my device

Also another reason not to enable this is that sometimes the phone can try to unlock itself by rubbing inside the pocket. Then we will lose the data completely

And don't forget it will take longer each time before you can try password/pattern again. I messed with mine one time and got it to over an hour before it would let me try my pattern again.

Don't do this. If you wear tight pants your phone sometimes registers accidental touches. It has happened to me multiple times that my phone has locked itself and needs pin due to too many failed attempts while in my pocket.
