There are two variations to the front door escape. The normal one is where granny just stands there by herself, but the secret one(the one shown in the video) happens only if you place the teddy bear in the crib in the attic before escaping.

You don't need to be near the car to get the game over car scene. All endings are played in a special order, regardless of where you died. When all the endings have passed, they will start playing from the beginning, everything in the same order. Sorry if there are a lot of mistakes, I'm from Russia

You can see a ghost in the background when you escape through the main door. That’s her granddaughter who got pushed off a cliff. When she died granny was said to be kidnapping the kids who could’ve hurt her. While her granddaughter (named Mary) went around taking revenge on the ones who killed her. We (the player) are said to be a friend who watched Mary die and did nothing.

Pretty sure there are two door escape endings, Including one secret ending involving the teddy bear and the ghost, and the other where you just leave through the front door.

Edit:putting the teddy bear in the crib is entirely optional
