For 6 years I was afraid to play at the extreme. But a month ago I was able to overcome this mode for the first time and realized that it's very easy, now I play only on Extreme without much effort: first I call granny in the room and go downstairs, go around the garage and basement, then the yard. I call granny to the street, and myself bypass the first floor (call to the street - bypass. And so many times). Then I steam granny in the steam room, and I go to check the bathroom, as this is the easiest way to go in there and not die. Then I go down through the street to the skeleton, bypass this floor, and throw the items through the grate into the basement. When threw an object through the grate and the granny came running there, then you can easily run to Angela and hide under the table while granny runs, which is in the passage to the bear and then I go under bed. When I get either a crossbow or a shotgun, then further goes much easier.
