Actually Saiko yonebayashi is one of the strongest characters and in the top 4 ccg she's underated

Decent order although I would change a few around:
Akira should be between her dad and Hairu.
Hirako (full human btw) desreves much better, He's second in squad zero so Just before or after Amon.

Houji should be with shinohara.
