This was so helpful, Cassie! I've been clicking in and out of Notion for months but get so overwhelmed each time because all of the tutorials I've found have been geared towards neurotypicals. Hi I love your videos and would like to know if there is a video you recommend on seasonal affective disorder.

I mean I would also love to see a video on seasonal affective disorder, with your thoughts, on top of regular functioning depression. Trying to find videos on the subject is hard and it seems no one really goes in depth about it/takes it seriously.

I have currently been binging your videos about functioning on low capacity days and preparing for those days.
