Thank you so much for this video. I have been trying to use Notion for years, but always end up getting overwhelmed and giving up. I have tried dozens of videos on YouTube and your has helped me the most. (And your suggestion about the daily record is amazing. I have tried to journal my entire life but I always end up not following thru because I always try to write like every detail of my life, but when I heard that a few months ago something finally clicked and now I have finally been able to keep it up.
