I've gotten to know a number of successful traders, all having varying levels of technical analysis knowledge. For me, Tom stands out because of the relentless dedication to self-reflective learning that he has. So many good traders acknowledge that psychology is a huge of part of their success, but I believe Tom is one of the extreme few that delves into the understanding of this aspect and is quite open in sharing this with everyone. There's literally thousands of resources out there to teach you technical analysis, but in my opinion, within Tom lies the greatest resource to help anyone become one of the 10% rather than the other 90%.
