My personal favourite moment is in Alabasta, when they find the location of the bomb in the clocktower and Usopp fires his red serpent star, it shows all of the straw hats noticing the flare and running towards it...

...except Zoro, he's made his way out of the city and off the plateau entirely and is now is a small jungle staring at a snake, heading *_AWAY_* from Alubarna.
