I think someone took the regular "squirt bottle fart noise" and added the world's strongest bass reverb to it, probably with the intention of making it seem more like a torrent of chocolate syrup was used... Instead it just sounds like an elephant shit its own lungs out.

The point is the chocolate syrup. So it's a combination of:
1. A "pffft" hiss of air, followed by
2. A roaring deluge, and
3. a bubbling cauldron; Finally,
4. A loose, gassy and really wet fart-like sound from a squeeze bottle spraying liquid all over the place
