Hi teacher. I'm from Brazil and I really enjoy yours lessons. I'm confusing about what you said: "So beat the competition, win the contract." In this case competition is a business, personified a corporation? I went to the Oxford Learner's dictionaries and there're a lot of phrases using the word competition with "WON" e no "BEAT", for sample: She's won a prestigious singing competition. I appreciate your attention!
