UDP Packet Flooder Overview

The Packet Flooder (UDP only) is part of NetScanTools Pro. It sends a random stream of UDP packets to a target while maintaining a certain amount of bandwidth used. It works best on ethernet networks rather than Wifi. This is not a traffic generator, the packets are randomized.
