I love the advise and I live in Clarksville! Just don’t agree with the credit cards. If you do it right you can get money just for spending money you would already spend anyways. It’s just the discipline people lack.

Stay away from credit card debt, but using credit cards smartly is important to build your credit. Pay off your debt in full every month to avoid paying interest and to build your credit. Your Credit is everything!
