I haven’t been sleeping this week and my anxious mind was overwhelming me. I was even up until 5am this morning making a list of all the things I am anxious about. When I got onto YouTube and this is the first thing to pop up. To say the timing was perfect doesn’t even justify it. When I saw the thumbnail I was like 🤯🤯🤯

I’ve been feeling the heaviest I’ve felt in a long time, I’ve been having difficulties in my relationships, hardship conversations some that I didn’t lead us to but were willing to try and be open it’s causing anxiety and heaviness. Misunderstanding, and invalidation can cause so much restrictions on relationships. Handing it over to god. He knows my intentions. He knows my heart.

My my This spoke volumes to me. I am a fixer by nature and constantly have anxiety because I too am always thinking I need to help God out. This last year He has really taught me to just “be still and know that I am God”. He really is in control of my life. Great word!!❤
