Love the video and watch over and over. With the down hand, is there any push or pull pressure applied or is it just relaxed?
Also, in my in person class, I was taught the following, the female should settle her left scapula into the males, right hand, almost to create a lock connection. I feel a good connection to my partner Center as long as I am moving backwards, but when I move forward, I lose that connection. Considering the females left arm, which is resting along the arm of the leader. Should the follower be slightly pushing towards the leads right arm so she maintains a backward pressure into her left scapula? Basically, so if the lead is moving forward, the female will be pushing into the scapula to remain connected?

In a sense what I’m really trying to say is, how do I have that push pull connection to my partner that feels very natural and relaxed in the open position, also in the closed position? Any tricks for the closed position in terms of connection? I’m really not trying to make it overly complicated it’s just hard to describe. Lol.
