How to Fix the jdbc sqlexecption Login Failed for User (MS SQL Server)

First, right-click on the Server and head to Security. Then, choose the SQL Server and Windows Authentication Mode and click OK.
Next, restart the SQL Express Service and we will be able to log in with the user and password without running into Login failed for user error.
