What is JDBC Driver ?

I was able to get my program to work by using Environment Variable Name 'classpath' instead of 'class_path'

Hey please help when I'm extracting the file than the jar file is not converting into executable jar It's like normal file.... What should i do to make it executable jar And one more thing the file is not even showing Java Please help if you can
