Im on a math team myself there is a really easy way in doing this
1st step: subtract both from 100, you get 2 and -2
2nd step: multiply and add to 100, 2(-2)=(-4)
100+(-4)=96, those would be your last digits
3rd step: take the 2 and (-2) and add them, you get zero and add it to 99, and that would be your first 2 digits. so answers 9996

example: 95x102. (-5)2=(-10) add it to 100 and get 90. next take (-5) add it to 2 you get (-3) and add it to 99 and you get 96. so answer would be 9690

check it with a calculator if you want im not wrong
