Why are you using the soldering iron with a set temperature of 456°C ( I use a TS100 aka ( pro32 ) and I use the same soldering iron tips but shorter and I usually have my temperature set to only 230°C and it works just fine for me ;) looking forward to your input :) I use 6040 solder

I have it from 6 mouths, and is the best of Cinese brand. This station has a STM32 chip, and is one of the best chip for this kind of machines. What type of solder wire do u use there, it's looks shine after cooling?
