HTML and PHP File Upload Example on Apache

Thans a lot for your job Sir, but although it works i have a little problem. i can see the files, in this case the images, it tells me that i need permission as administrator and i dont know what happen if I am the only one user of my lap or are there other problems? i hope you can reply me as soon as possible or when you see this message, thanks again

Thank you for uploading this video . I have tried using the code but the action is not achievable as It is not proceeding for the upload not cancelling the upload. can you help.
