How To Drive in Reverse | Practice For Beginners 2019

Here’s a video on how to reverse a car, practice for beginners. In this tutorial I will guide you guys step by step on how to appropriately reverse when getting out of a parking space, and when driving in reverse. These tips will be useful and are very important since it will also be in your practical examination, so learning this will allow you to be confident and practice correctly. The key to reversing is to do it slowly and carefully always looking at your surroundings. Also its important to know the proper position to be when doing this, and where to look as well as what to expect.

drove today at the parking lot, it's so easy to reverse for me because when i do it, i look back and have my head on the ceiling like im almost standing up my butt is not even on the seat anymore so i can see the parking line and curb, literally see everything behind me. i hope my instructor doesn't think im an idiot for doing that. where i struggle was doing a right turn is hard for me because i cant tell how far the car is to the curb to my right

I normally have problem reversing on a straight line as i get confused with steering. I am so used to reversing in opposite direction now it confuses me.

Thank you. I fully understand whivh direction you should steer the steering while reversing. It's like the steering wheel is at the back instead of the front.

I'm dyslexic so basically so I already get things mixed up .so I had to tell myself when doing reverse parking to do the "dab" like the dance lol. which ever way I'm looking I have to turn the opposite way.
We have a natural instinct to look where we want to go. So when reversing do the "dab" and turn the opposite way of where you look.

I hope this helped somebody because my mom tried to explain to me how the video was which confused me even more . Instead of simply saying whichever way you are headed turn the wheel the opposite way. So I tell my self whichever way my head is turned turn the wheel the other way

I have a really hard time looking out the back window with my hand on the seat . I cant explain it but it kinds give me a disorienting feeling because it like I'm looking out the side of my eyes and idk if its because I'm short or what but I cant see out of the back window

so you are supposed to switch from looking behind you to looking all around you and so forth (when backing up straight)? because I've heard conflicting advice on that...
