Search underway for Texas gunman who killed 5

Authorities Saturday were searching for a man wanted in a mass shooting in Cleveland, Texas, which left five people dead, including an 8-year-old child. Authorities said the shooting occurred after the victims had asked the suspect, who was their neighbor, to stop firing rounds in his yard. Grace White has more.

If he's been deported twice that means he obtained the gun illegally. The background check requires you to be a lawfyl citizen or green card holder. No amount of gun laws would've prevented him from getting that gun.
