I live in Cleveland just miles from this. My own neighbors would shoot their guns outside, bullets would fly past our house, we'd call the sheriff, they'd ask them to stop and then leave, shooting continues, call sheriff a second time, and they just ignored us. They have a blatant disregard for people's safety, and it was only a matter of time.
