How to Trade the first 1 Hour Volatilty/Momentum

1) public zone ( 9:15- 11:30)- scalping, don't sit in long period of time, BTST/STBT traders booked their profit, almost all breakouts are failed in this zone.
2) lunch zone (11:30- 1:15)- market consolidates, try to sit it out [unless there are big news like (RBI governer meetings or PM/CM announcement)]
3) institutional zone( 1:15- 3:15) -at 1:15 European market open, institutional investors are active, the market gives us good movement (trending market) this zone gives us consistent money

tips-
at end of the lunch zone give genuine breakouts or breakdowns that not going to fail.
if you make any loss in the public zone re-enter the market in institutional zone.
aline with an institutional investor.
