6 Months With The Flair Pro 2 Espresso Maker

Sharing with you guys my daily driver in coffee making, the Flair Pro 2. Even though I already have a coffee machine and several pour-overs, I still prefer this manual lever machine and I have been using it almost daily for the past 6 months. Hopefully I can help you out a little bit if you are looking to buy or upgrade your first espresso machine!

ha... i have the exact same setup: Pro 2 brewer, the same grinder, same black scale, same smaller scale... great setup if you're not keen on having a big machine on your counter top, and willing to learn the hard/manual way
