VW T25 / T3 Diesel Cold Start at -24 C°

My attempt to cold start both of my VW T25 and T3 at - 24 C°. My expectations were higher for AFN ECU-controlled VDub, but it turned out as a very hard start. Most likely It's the ignition timing, I have a fault in the ECU something about the ignition.
