Man I am in awe just watching this fight. The amount of detail and work that went into making this fight even more unique then it already was in original calamity in indeed astounding and impressive beyond anything I have seen in modded terraria. I give massive props to the devs and testers making sure that the fights in 1.9 are truly brilliant. I am not sad to see development ending, I am amazed at the quality and effort that they have given us. The music that melds with this experience is something like I've never felt before and the joy I had watching this video was something else. Thank you for providing me and others within the terraria community such a brilliant masterpiece.

May all of us continue to remember what the Infernum Team has done for us and not down in sorrow but glisten in happiness and devotion to playing this difficulty throughout with understanding that this is the experience we might have never gotten if it wasn't for them.

Thank you Myra for this incredible video and the others presenting the changes that not only happened to Supreme Calamites but to other bosses that have been revamped that otherwise would have been passed considering the fights to be "boring" in normal calamity.

(Note: I am not leaving this comment to give any less credit to the calamity team and their own work, what they have done for us as a community is insane and this difficulty mod wouldn't have even been possible if it wasn't for their own work. this looks great, feels way more fitting for a final boss than what we have in normal calamity. the pacing and atmosphere of it is so fast and hectic, really impressed you managed to retain the bullet hell aspects of the original fight without it ruining the pace/feel like it typically does (its almost like people hate boss immunity phases for a reason. hm). the final desperation phase is also great despite it being an immunity dodge phase since retains the pace of the rest of the fight very well and sells the "this is the end, either you die here or i lose"

It seems the fight is mostly the same, just with some small bits of polishing and balance changes. While still cool, I do with that the sprite shown at the start was actually used here. It makes her look super cool, and the animation is great. However, I also know it was not made by the team, and that they likely would've never gotten permission to use it.


Also, having the boss's arena finally change color to fit the music is great, though they probably could've taken it one step further by changing the projectile colors to match.

Warning: Before you do anything to my comment or reply in my comment, please I want you to let you know that everything in here is made up and sometimes there will be a lot of sentences that are not in the Calamity's Story of the boss itself. What I'm talking about is the drop of the boss when they died, they drop an item that let's you read their stories. But in mine, it will look rather different. Also, some sentences are pretty confusing or bad sentences. Stories will be bad...I suppose.

Sepulcher
- The ancient calamitas worm, the first companion of Supreme Calamitas. She has been petting her favorite pet since centuries and now it grew so much, she decided to let her pet go. She found the ancient calamitas worm long before Terraria. The ancient calamitas worm was born in a big egg that is similar to the size of an fence gate.
Note - This story was before she meets the two knights. Somehow for some reason, the egg just pass through the meteor and then the egg just stays there...with her...forever. Man idk I suck at making stories but I think this one makes a lot more...sense right?...right?

Supreme Calamitas Part 1
- Supreme Calamitas was born on an empty black void on space by atoms. And then she float to the endless void...forever. She has no expression or emotions, just wanting to die because there is no one saving her from this madness. Her life keeps getting worse as days, weeks, months, or even years go by. Not until centuries later, she starting to see a light. The light was so bright she had to cover up her eyes. And then...she is on a planet.

Catastrophe and Cataclysm (Supreme Calamitas Part 2)

- They are the guardians of Supreme Calamitas. Before they turned into a skillful warriors, they are just normal beings (humans). They have been friends since they are kids. They live in a kingdom named Gasurto. They live in there for decades. As the two are starting to walk, they notice a bright flash light in the sky. The two covers up their eyes as the meteor came crash down into the ground. The two decided to run to go to the meteor. After 3 minutes, they finally reach it. The two investigates to see what was on the meteor. They find a teen girl with a pet egg on her. The two shocked. They notice that there are a lot of bruises on the girl when the meteor crashed and the egg too is seriously injured. The teen girl looks up at the two and says who are they. The boy is named Ryan and the girl is named Mavis (man, this made up names is stupid). The two decided to ask the same thing. The teen girl's named is--- BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING CONTROVERSIAL TO THE REPLIES, I MUST SAY THIS. REMEMBER WHAT I SAID ABOUT THIS IS ALL MADE UP? WELL, THE NAMES WILL TOO. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLY. ALRIGHT, CONTINUE THE STORY). The teen's girl named is Vayna. The two said it was a good name. But then, the teen girl said that was her made up name, her real name is Supreme Calamitas. The two said why her real name is like that. The teen girl said when she was born, a voice told me that my name will be Supreme Calamitas. There's nothing she could do to change her name. She cannot change her name even though she wants the voice to change her name, the voice can't and that will be her name forever. So she decided to make up a new name for her by herself, and it will be Vayna. And then she waited for something to happen. The two friends saddens. They hug the teen girl as the teen girl cries. They know that she stuck in the meteor for so long that she wanted to die. The three finish their hugging and the two decided to tell the teen girl that she needs that egg and follow the two to their kingdoms. What the teen girl didn't know was that the two will retire after for 12 years working as a knight in the kingdom. At the kingdom, the two knights decided to tell the king that they will retire due to complicated issues. The king explains about what is their complicated issues. The two decided to fake it that their parents are worrying about them and visiting them everytime they go into the forest. The king thinks for a second and decided to let the two knights go. After the king's talk, the two decided to retire and go back to the little girl in the camp where they will start a new home.

Supreme Calamitas Part 3

- 9 years later, the girl knight is making a breakfast for the three and the egg. The egg hatch when the teen girl turned 16. It was pretty shocking for them that what's inside the egg is just so horrifying that the two knights back away. It was just an armored caterpillar (look idk if sepulcher is caterpillar or worm let me know. idk anything about the creature.) The girl knight loudly shout breakfast is ready. No response. Shout again. No response. Shout again. No response. God this is gonna get tiring. Shout again. No response. The girl is angry and then she decided to go to heir bedroom when they notice that the window is broken. The girl knight looks around and widen her eyes as she sees that the boy knight is seriously injured and Supreme Calamitas is protecting him. The girl knight shouted their names as she falls to the second floor not hurting her feet. The girl knight tell what happened. Supreme Calamitas said that the worm detects something near our house and then the worm breaks the window and falls down. The two decided to follow the worm to see what the worm smell. It stops, look up and sees a red light. A god came in to their home. Knocks the two and the worm away. Thankfully, Supreme Calamitas and the worm didn't hurt but the knight is seriously injured. End of the Flashback. The girl knight shouted to the god "who are you". The god plays with the two knights and the teen girl "and" the worm. The god plays with them so much that the teen girl is starting to get low damage. The Supreme Calamitas said stop and summons a bullet that dodges the god and continues the playing. The Supreme Calamitas said another stop and the god decided to stop them. Supreme Calamitas said to the god why is he playing with them. Because they wanna talk a deal with them. The boy knight said they hurting them for a deal. The girl knight thought it was too much to hurt them for a deal. The god said if they talk again, they will hurt again. The god decided to talk about the deal. If they surrender, the knights will turned into a max skilled armored knight with indestructible armor, the Supreme Calamitas will learn her true powers and the worm will be gigantic. Or fight with the god himself, and if they win, they will let them free and have a good life again of if they lose, the god will destroy the world. Since they have no choice, they chose surrender.

Supreme Calamitas Final Part
- The god said "good" and decided to sacrifice their hearts. The three including the worm, they feel something is stabbing them too many times in their bodies. And then a dark aura rises from the ground into heir body. They still suffered until the dark aura covers their entire body. The god said the...idk the Naruto reference "This world shall no pain, all mighty push". The dark aura lets the three including the worm go. And the three smiled and the worm is now gigantic as they feel an incredible body. The three...are now turned into worm.





Well, I hope you enjoyed. Idk it took me 1 hour? There's no way the creator wouldn't notice and heart me or the people who watch this. You know what, I will wait.
