I’m a republican, but also an immigrant. Now a citizen. I came in the right way and having wide open borders is an insult to me and the rest of us that come to this great country the proper way. I am all for helping other countries and letting good people come in to the US. Is it so much to ask however to put us citizens FIRST and vet the people coming in or stop sending money to Ukraine and Lebanon BEFORE putting America first ? No it isn’t. Take care of your own first and then help others. Very frustrating.
