I really enjoyed the physical demonstration of this video. I am a very visual learner so to watch math be taught with a simple concept such as pipe cleaners is very helpful/fun. Thank you for the video!

I liked the demonstration of the graph which made the explanation understandable.

the term 'Degree' refers to the number of edges.

And the first video used pipe cleaners to connect the vertex . In order to be Isomorphism they have to have the same characteristics. Degrees will correspond switching them over to other vertex point with same degree points. Even though the two shakes for different you can re-arrange to create Isomorphism which made them equivalent shapes . Collier rutledge MGF1107

So, it turns out that all though these two shapes look quite a bit different. We were able to rearrange them and create isomorphism. In graph theory terms these are equivalent shapes

I understood that isomorphic graph is two graphs that contains the same number of vertices and that we can achieve it without untying any edges

I love this house-made graph, wish we could bring one in with us for the test!

Being able to see an actual movable object made the concept easier to grasp.

In this video, I learned that 2 graphs are Isomorphic only when they have the same number of vertices.

"But in graph theory the length of the edge doesn't matter, so I'm just going to squish that together so here we have a shape that looks just like the NMOPQ shape."

In this video I learned that isomorphic graphs have the same number of vertices and that degree always means edges.
