I've Quit Being A Human Ken Doll - Here's Why | HOOKED ON THE LOOK

THE CANADIAN Ken Doll now wants to strip himself of the title that made him rise to fame. In an intimate interview with Hooked On The Look, Jonathan Dylan has admitted that being the 'Human Ken Doll' has held him back from pursuing his performing career as people don't take him seriously. Jonathan said: "I'm a legitimate talent, but being the Canadian Ken Doll kind of changed that for me. That was all I'd been known for." At the peak of his fame, Jonathan indulged himself in partying and drinking to the point that he finally realised he had to stop. This sobering moment also came after he left his 'abusive relationship' with an ex partner, who 'struggled with drug addiction'. "Surviving a physically abusive relationship was really hard," Jonathan said. "There are things I need to work on with myself on the inside before I can trust a man again." Now months into his sobriety, Jonathan is working on finding himself again with a healthy and mindful lifestyle - away from the limelight. He added: "I'm ready to leave the entertainment industry. It no longer serves me the happiness it used to give me."
