that's a beautiful comparison "I don't think the corner grocery store owner is working any less hard than elon musk." I think it's something we often forget, and makes it easy for us to discredit someone else's hard work just because it doesn't have the results we expect.

My favorite parts:
• To create things, you have to be a rationale optimist.
o Rationale - you have to see the world for what it is.
o Optimistic - yet, you have to be optimistic about your own capabilities and your capabailities to get things done.
o All the really successful people have a very strong action bias. They just do things.
o The easiest way to figure out if something is viable or not, is to just do it.
• In modern society, the upside is so great, you never want to look down on slobby kid, because you don't know if he's going to be the next Mark Zuckerberg, or the next Jeff Bezoz.
o So you gotta treat everbody with respect, so you gotta look up to every possibility and opportunity, because the upside is so unlimited, and the downside is so limited in the modern world.
