Everyone forgetting that Luocha is a name Otto used in the past of Honkai 3rd, Honkai 3rd Apho (not sure if they used his name tho, but looks) and in the manga, his body is probability being use by void Archive (Advance Ai created by one of the flame chasers). Welt is from Hi3rd, March 7th looks weirdly similar to an unknown character from hi3rd Reburn 2 Concept Animated Short.

Idk, bout' u guys. But the part where "they're NOT from the same universe" to me is false. If dig into the lore u xan actually find out that they exist in the same Universe. My proof? The reason why Welt currently is in HSR is cuz he wanted to protect HSR!Himiko from the "Sky people" which were introduced and feature in, u guessed it, HI3. So no, they aren't from different universes. Just an fyi.

Ok so this is objectively wrong. They take place in the same universe. Infact you can't even say "they take place in different worlds of the same universe" since the Astral express travels between different worlds of the universe. While it's true that they're not the same characters it's also true that knowing some HI3 lore would indeed be helpful cuz if what Welt says is true then most expy characters would share the same fate as their otherworld selves
