Does madness stack on itself? Like it reduces 20% but if u do 3 bolts, is the third bolt -20% of original time or -20% of the new reduced time of the previous bolt?

so they buffed demonic synergy because im looking at it live right now and it's a 10% dmg increase but on PTR it's 15%

The Grim Inquisitors legendary ignores soul conduit procs. It always acts as if you spent 3 soul shards even if you refund soulshards, by that logic if we were to ever get double legendary horned nightmare should proc it as well.
