Rafael Impacts Coming...

Impacts Soon! In this video, soon-to-be Tropical Storm Rafael will impact Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Cuba. How strong this system will be, the intense tropical rain, and what will happen when this Tropical System moves into the Gulf of Mexico.

JAMAICA: Very high rain amounts are coming for some! Please take the necessary precautions to stay safe with regards to flooding.

CAYMAN ISLANDS: Little Cayman and Cayman Brac - higher rain totals and stronger winds...lesser in Grand Cayman.

CUBA: Western end will have the Tropical Storm Conditions.
