Wake up call, Uganda has to improve hospitals. We can't depend on other countries for dire conditions. We can't wait for government to better our hospitals, charities can be formed where at least the rich or anyone able can donate money to our hospitals to help our highly qualified doctors have the necessary tools.Africa has the best doctors in the world, other countries have best equipment so we are running for their equipment with all our knowledge it's a shame 😰
