The Pantheon on is related to the Brazilian team Keyd Stars who's logo is a Spartan Like helmet (Similar to Pantheon, the suit is a refference to the coach usual blue suit (Coach SeeEl) as well as the "Total Cinema" pose from the team.

The L emote is because that is the symbol of LOUD team aka "LLL" in competitive.

The Black Cat is a reference to the Furia Team's Logo (It's a Panther). It's kind of their mascot in a sense ?

The clap is a reference to a meme from a region when one of the PAIN player was clapping his hands to the enemy team in the match sarcastically saying "They were playing very well"

And the list goes on. Even the orange one...from LOS is a reference to when a player did something...it's just a really bad representation of a hand and a ear.
