These Cops Go Hands On | Things Get UGLY | ID Refusal

Hello folks, welcome back, today’s video is absolutely crazy, and its from the channel Angry Vet. This story is a wild one, so buckle up ladies and gentlemen. This auditor had previously conducted an audit outside this post office, and was arrested. You can find that video on his channel. Well, he decided to go back to this post office, and detail how and where his arrest occurred. In doing so he was marking the spot he was arrested at with shaving cream. One of the employees inside the post office, called the police to inform them that the auditor was spray painting the sidewalk. At no point did this auditor actually step foot inside the post office. He had been in his car about to leave, but thats when the police arrived. Of course, like any of us, Angry Vet wanted to record these police officers, and this is what happened next.

Zero to unlawful arrest all in a minute. I think at this time, anytime an auditor goes out and believe an officer is about to go hands on, they should say before you proceed and go this route, are you willing to give up your qualified immunity so if a suit does happen, they are not protected if they say yes. I have seen so many of these videos where there is a suit and those officers are protected.
