Hi Peter, I wonder if you could make a lightsaber out of resin? Cast a long cylinder in pvc pipe. Then turn down the pipe to reveal the blade. Then polish to reveal the colour. Then attach to the blade to a turned down wooden handle.

Or better still snap off the handle to gave a jagged edge. Then turn it down to fit in the pipe. Then ill the pipe with resin. Etc etc 😎👍🏻🔦
